Students from K-12 stepped up to help a recent Boardman graduate in a Holiday Service Project for our military men and women who won't be home for the holidays. Hundreds of handmade cards and letters will be sent via the Blue Star Mothers of America Organization.
Glenwood Jr. High Technology teacher Tim Harker and a team of teachers and staff from Boardman have won a $5,000 Innovative Teacher Mini-Grant from the Turning Foundation. It is one of only 15 grants awarded in a 4 county area.
