ELEMENTARY BAND SHOW SEPTEMBER 17 bleacher picture of students clapping at band show

Elementary students from Stadium Drive, Robinwood and West Boulevard, as well as our 4th graders from BCIS will head to Spartan Stadium Tuesday morning to enjoy a show by the Boardman High School Marching Band. 

This is an annual tradition that our youngest Spartans really enjoy!!  

NEW SALAD BAR COMING TO BHS SEPTEMBER 16 Salad with beats, cheese, olives, carrots, and healthy chips

Beginning Monday, September 16, a new salad bar with all the fixin's will be available at Boardman High School Cafeteria.  The price is the same as a regular hot lunch.

The Salad Bar also welcomes teachers and staff to come and enjoy all the fresh ingredients.It's fun to build your own salad!!

EMERGING LEADERS CONTINUE DAY OF CARING TRADITION clearing sidewalks of grass and weeds on youngstowns southside

More than 40 Boardman High School students and staff members were happy to work up a sweat September 6, to spruce up a Southside Youngstown neighborhood.  Boardman High School’s Emerging Leaders have volunteered for the United Way’s Annual Day of Caring for the last 5 years, and students say it’s one of their favorite volunteer experiences.

Boardman Glenwood Junior HIgh says Thank You to Boardman Subaru!  During the first week of school, Subaru employees and owner Rob Fellman delivered a car load of school supplies and books.  It's part of the company's campaign, "Subaru Loves Learning."

Boardman Football's next home game will be Friday, September 20 in the amazing Spartan Stadium against Howland. It's the second of 5 home games to be played, as we finish construction on Phase 3.   

 

“It’s an exciting time at Spartan Stadium, as we are in the midst of construction on the third and final building to complete our Stadium Project,” said Athletic Director Marco Marinucci.  “With construction, we want to let our fans know to expect a few changes, as they get their tickets and enter the stadium.”

BHS students are still adjusting to not carrying a backpack between classes, and using their lockers instead.
