BRYT (Bridges for Resiliant Youth in Transition) and Mental Health Awareness at BGJHS (Alta Behavioral Healthcare)



  • The BRYT Program is a program of the Brookline Center for Community Mental Health. It is intended for students who experience an acute mental health crisis that disrupts their learning. The program allows them to transition back into their regular classes at their pace, and provides them opportunities to be connected to additional community supports.

  • Some services that students have been connected to include: 

    • One on one tutoring 

    • Study groups

    • Support groups

    • Outpatient Counseling

    • Med management

    • Housing 

    • Extracurricular activities within the community
