Elementary Band Show 2021 students in the stands for the band show 2021

The Boardman Spartan Marching Band performed a special show on September 14 for all K-4th graders at Spartan Stadium.  It's a Spartan tradition to introduce students to the band and it allows all of our youngest Spartans the opportunity to see the band, and learn about each section.  Many future "banders" are in this audience!

Patriot Day Event at Stadium Drive Elementary Police Chief Werth speaking at Stadium Drive Ceremony

The traditional Patriot Day Tree Planting was held at Stadium Drive Elementary on Friday, September 10th.  The BHS Pep Band played, and Police and Fire officials talked with students, and the students thanked them for all they do.  Blasco Commercial Services donated a crimson king maple that was planted afterward.

Important Food Service News: Supply Chain Shortages May Alter Menus hot lunch with macaroni and cheese and brocoli

School  Food Service departments across the country are starting to experience food supply chain issues. Some items like buns, salad mixes, syrup french toast are among the latest challenges for our food service department to receive.

Boardman's Food Services is commited to providing delicious hot meals to our students.  Please know that menus are subject to change, and that we will do our best to get as "close as possible" substitutes for items that are unavailable.

We appreciate your patience and understanding!  We look forward to serving all of our students free breakfast and lunch this school year!

Mask Policy Upgraded to Start School Year Safely mask policy update

Masks will be required indoors for all staff and students during the school day starting on August 30th.

In addition to keeping students and staff safe, requiring masks greatly reduces the number of quarantines and allows students to stay in school to learn.

This decision is for now and we will revisit this decision toward the end of September.
