Welcome to Kindergarten at West!

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION DAYS: MARCH 3 & 4 kindergarten students math work on classroom floor

Kindergarten Registration for the 2021-22 school year is set for Wednesday, March 3, and Thursday, March 4. You must be a resident of Boardman to enroll. You Do Not Need An Appointment.

Times for Registration: Wednesday (morning only)  8:30 AM until Noon.

Thursday:  8:30 AM -Noon,  1:30-4 PM,  6-8 PM. Registration takes place at the three elementary buildings. Printed enrollment packets will be available in advance at each elementary building to complete and bring with you to register.

  • Those students in grades 2 and 3 who switch classrooms due to having multiple teachers will no longer be switching.  The teachers will move instead.

Learn at Home Wednesdays will continue during the third 9-weeks.  The dates affected for the third learning period are:

UPDATED GUIDANCE FROM MAHONING BOARD OF HEALTH/CDC ON QUARANTINES COVID UPDATE AND GUIDELINES

The CDC recently provided new quarantine guidance for those who have been exposed to COVID-19, but are not showing symptoms.

 

  • 10-day quarantine that does not require testing, provided that there are no symptoms
  •  7-day quarantine if test results are negative, provided that there are no symptoms
