KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION MARCH 14 kindergarten students working on art work

Boardman Kindergarten is all day, everyday!  We welcome Boardman residents to register for next school year.

Kindergarten Registration will be held on Thursday, March 14 at each of Boardman's four elementary school offices.  The times are 9 a.m. - noon and 5:30-8:00 p.m.   Your child must reach the age of 5 on or before August 1, 2019.  For a list of what you will need to bring with you, please read on.


REALIGNMENT: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Realignment meeting with Mr. Barone talking to crowd

The Boardman School Board has approved  a district realignment proposal that includes the closing of Market Street Elementary School.  A parent informational meeting was held on January 17, and hundreds of families attended.  The district  continues to monitor input at  Questions@boardmanschools.org

The following are the most frequently asked questions.  The answers are the best projections at this time. The district is awaiting results of a professional transportation study that could affect some details. 

BOARDMAN WELCOMES NEW TRANSPORTATION SUPERVISOR New transportation director, Ryan Dunn shakes hands with Supt. Tim Saxton

On Monday, January 28, the Boardman Local School Board voted to hire Ryan Dunn as the district's new Transportation Supervisor. He replaces Debra Brothers who retired on December 31.  Dunn is a Boardman graduate and has been actively involved in transportation services in the valley for nearly 10 years.
